"This etching was made with fidgety lockdown energy and also in the midst of writing a lot of job applications. The individualist mindset of these conditions caused me to daydream about what it would be like to experience collectivism or decentralisation. The different light sources indicate different realities and although the figures in the bubble topple, they support one another. I made this etching with hard ground and aquatint, and at Bainbridge Print Studio in Croydon." - Daisy Nutting, 2021
