Notes
Helen Eastham is a glass artist specialising in unique kiln-formed vessels, influenced by her native Cornish landscape. The coastal colours, shapes and aesthetics are ever present in her work, allowing her to “bring the outdoors indoors”. The Actinia Vessels are inspired by anemones found on the rocks of the lower shoreline. The shapes are an interpretation of the Actinia’s changing form affected by the tides, currents and spatial position it adopts on the rock. Helen Eastham exhibits principally in Cornwall and her work is stocked by a select range of art retailers.
