To My Twenties, a group exhibition and auction that celebrates the formative and creative years of artists in their twenties. Take the VR tour here. 

Inspired by Kenneth Koch's poem and a plethora of art history, To My Twenties brings together an international mix of 21 contemporary artists each in their twenties today.

Graduates of Royal College of Art, Central Saint Martins, Complutense University of Madrid, City and Guilds and more, each artist has been selected for their pioneering approaches to their medium and their commitment to push the boundaries of contemporary art. 

The show will take place at the former Central Saint Martins College campus, 12 Southampton Row. Currently occupied by The Koppel Project, it will be the last exhibition to take place in the historic premises before being developed into a hotel.

The Central School of Art and Design was first formed at the location in 1896 and was later joined by Saint Martin’s School of Art in 1989 when the two schools merged. Before moving to its current location at King’s Cross in 2011, the campus saw a impressive number of emerging stars pass through its doors. Artists include Richard Deacon, Cathy Lomax, Raqib Shaw, Antony Gormley and Laure Prouvost, designers Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney, and musicians Paloma Faith and Jarvis Cocker.

To document today’s gathering of the next-generation of talent within the building, each artist in To My Twenties is including a self-portrait that will be curated together as a 'Class of 2020' and final farewell to the historic space.
